For the second time in 14 days, I was surrounded by a group of architects. This time in the small and picturesque island of Hydra. Maria is Greek and Chris is English, but they traveled all the way from Edinburgh where they currently live and work.
Maria’s sister Evi, along with (once more) Vassiliki Valkanou had made the planning very easy. Of course, everything that required designing, had an architect’s touch, like the invitation and menu, that was hand-drawn by Maria herself.
The ceremony was held at the terrace of the Museum of Hydra, where the guests from England, Scotland and Greece, enjoyed the autumn afternoon, before walking to the other end of the port for the dinner party.
